The School district administrator who set up the organizational unites will have access to all computers in all organizational units.

Third Party Administration

This is a great way for customers to add administrators from outside of their organization.

This is different from Clean Slate Complete concept of computer groups, where computer under common administration are grouped (possibly appearing in multiple groups simultaneously) to streamline certain administrative tasks.
